This good-sized, light-filled, stylish double bedroom with SOLE USE OF A FULL BATHROOM AND KITCHEN has two sash windows overlooking the pretty walled back garden and is on the first floor of an attractive, double-fronted Georgian property in the sought after BARNSBURY VILLAGE, ISLINGTON, NORTH LONDON. It is in ZONE 1 and close to the Angel area and all its attractions. An ideal package for a guest requiring well-equipped and private accommodation in a stunning area with great transport links. The space The accommodation is ready to move into, whether you’re seeking a short-term “launch pad” or a relaxed longer stay! There is a double bed with ample storage underneath, a desk and chair, a huge double wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, a cupboard, a bedside chair and round table, black-out blinds and curtains. There is FREE WIFI and good BROADBAND speed connection with BT FIBRE. There is also a basic catering set-up in the room itself comprising a microwave, a plug in 1-ring induction hob, toaster, kettle, and small fridge, along with a cupboard with plates, cups, cutlery and glasses. Additional and more comprehensive facilities are available in the fully-fitted and sole use of “garden kitchen”, which houses an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, combination microwave and grill, induction hob and ample cupboards and shelving. The private and sole use of full bathroom is opposite the bedroom on the same floor. There is a toilet, sink, bath (with shower attachment) and plenty of shelving and cupboard space. There is a £55 initial charge for cleaning for the first week (£25 for short stays) but all other bills are included. No charge for cleaning will be made for the second and subsequent weeks of a booking if the guest prefers to do their own using the full range of supplies provided. Please note that there is one cat residing in the main part of the house. This is a NON-SMOKING property and the room pricing is for SOLE OCCUPANCY. Please note that the host is looking for a very responsible guest who will keep the areas occupied clean and tidy in order to maintain the high standard of accommodation. Early luggage drop may be possible but it depends on the hosts’s availability at the time. Guest access Access to the room and bathroom is through the main front door of the house (shared with two others maximum) and is up fifteen steps to the first floor. The kitchen for the guest (other than the facilities provided in the room itself) is accessed via the ground floor at the back of the house. Strictly no admittance to other areas of the house. No visitors are permitted to enter the house unless prior arrangement has been made. During your stay The host will be residing at the property during the guest’s stay to help with any questions. Alternatively, the host will be contactable via the Airbnb messaging service or the guest’s preferred mobile messaging app. Other things to note The pathway leading up from the front gate to the front door has one step. There are fifteen steps up to the room and bathroom on the first floor. This is a shared staircase with two others. Guests are kindly requested on departure (by 11:00 am) to leave the room clean and tidy and free of rubbish with the washing-up done. Any left over food must be removed from the fridges/freezer. Failure to do so will incur an extra charge of £25. There is one cat residing in the main part of the house. This is a NON-SMOKING property and the room pricing is for SOLE OCCUPANCY.
