The space The private 2bd 1ba apartment is located down exterior stairs through the garden area of our family home home and has a private entrance, yard space, and BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment on bottom floor of our family home, Patio outside of apartment with BBQ, Hot Tub, and Movie theater room. Other things to note **Family Home Note:** Please be aware that this apartment is attached to our family home, where we live with our four kids and a dog. While there is a sufficient noise barrier between our home and the apartment, you might occasionally hear our children playing, the dog barking, or the piano being played. On sunny days, you may also hear us socializing on the deck. The apartment has a private entrance but shares a driveway with our home, so you may have some interactions with us and our children.
