**Exclusive use of entire site - 4x Cabins.** Escape to the serene embrace of nature in Grandchester, Queensland, where rustic charm meets ecological wonder. Nestled amidst the picturesque rural landscapes, our cozy cabins are a place for friends and family to be together. Whether it's a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled retreat, The Hidden Vale Cabins promise an unforgettable experience to rediscover the magic of the great outdoors. The space 4 cabins | 2 bath | 8 bedrooms | 16 beds | 24 people max Perfect for those looking to experience a rustic, nature-filled retreat, our DIY-style cabins provide the comforts of a cabin stay with access to kitchen, dining, and bathroom facilities, all within a peaceful, natural setting. Ideal for guests seeking an alternative to traditional camping, or to utilise the mountain bike trails of Hidden Vale Adventure Park. Please note, guests are required to bring all their own amenities (bedding, towels, and toiletries). Each cabin FEATURES: - Two (2) private bedrooms - Four (4) beds (2 x double-beds + 2 x single-bunks (over each double) - Private balcony with lounge chairs - Solar and battery powered sites - Maximum capacity per cabin is 6 people. 2x SHOWER & TOILET (private) FEATURES: - Modern shower & toilet block - Includes toilet paper SITE FACILITIES & AMENITIES (private) FEATURE: - KITCHEN: Self-catering kitchen including - gas BBQ, stove top, x 1 small fridge/ freezer and a large Esky (please note no oven on site). The kitchen is stocked with all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils - DINING ROOM: Beautiful main lodge with multiple large dining tables and chairs - FIRE PIT: Purpose-built outdoor fire pit with bench seating - POWER: Power points in communal kitchen for charging phones, however as this site is off-grid, the charging of e-bikes is strictly prohibited. - WATER: All water on site is bore water and non-potable. Guests are requested to bring their own “drinking” water WHAT TO BRING: - Firewood and fire-starting supplies - ALL BED LINEN: Bed linen (inc. sheets, duvet, pillows, pillow cases etc.) must be supplied (brought) by each guest. - ALL TOWELS: Towels and tea towels must be supplied by each guest. - DRINKING WATER: All guests MUST bring their own drinking water NB. Site has bore water for all other uses LOCATION & ACCESS: Property access: The cabin site is on the same private property as Spicers Hidden Vale, however they are located approximately a 30 min drive from the retreat. Access is via a dirt road, and strictly accessible only by 4WD. A recovery fee of $200 will apply if we are called to assist any 2WD vehicles that are taken out against our recommendation, along with any further towing fees that may apply this is to be organised and paid for by the vehicle driver/ owner. Please refer to "BACKYARD" images to view access road and following all signage to Cabins at all times. Guest access Self check-in via lockbox on each cabin. Other things to note Property access: The cabin site is located approximately a 30min drive from Spicers Hidden Vale, and only accessible via 4WD. Use of firepit & cabin fireplaces: Please check local fire ratings prior to your arrival and if by chance a total fire ban is in place please don’t light the fire. We always recommend dousing the fire with water before going to bed or when you are done with the fire. Please use caution when using the fireplace in the cabin especially if children are present, fire gates are not provided so please do not leave children unsupervised around fires. Power usage ( SOLAR): Power points in communal kitchen for charging phones etc. Please note: Electricity is powered by solar, as such please only use as necessary. The charging of eBikes, additional appliances (e.g. Air Fryers etc.) are strictly prohibited. Water usage: All water on site is bore water and non-potable. Guests are requested to bring their own “drinking” water Bunk beds: Please note in accordance with Government recommendations only children 8 years or older should sleep on a top bunk.
