The space The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress is also available and can accommodate 1 extra person. Two bathrooms are available. Guest access Access to the entire dwelling, its terrace and a fully screened gravel courtyard Other things to note ⚠️ Duplex apartment located on the first floor of a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from Mulhouse. ☕️ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and household linen, as well as a welcome kit including the essentials to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, and travel-size toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and a bar of soap). If these supplies are not sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, you will be responsible for replenishing them as needed. Neighbors live below and around the apartment. We thank you for respecting the peace and quiet, particularly by limiting noise, especially after 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. on weekends. We count on your understanding and cooperation to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. ⚠️ Please note that bed linens for the extra bed (sofa bed) are not included in your rental.
