The cottage is located on the quiet outskirts of the village Okrouhlá Radouň off the main road. The surroundings offer hiking, mushroom picking, cycling, natural swimming. In winter, downhill and cross-country skiing with a maintained track is possible. Nearby are beautiful historical places: Jindřichův Hradec, Telč, Kamenice na Lipou, Červená Lhota Castle, Česká Kanada is a short distance away. The space Guests have the entire cottage with a separate entrance, it is completely renovated, heating with electric heaters with the possibility of heating in the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic hob, a kettle for tea, a bialetti coffee machine, a set of dishes, a baby chair (up to 2 years). The living room has a sofa bed, fireplace and TV. There are books, games, cards in the cabinet under the TV. From the room you can go out to the garden terrace and the garden. It is freely accessible to guests. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a large double bed, a cot (up to 2 years), a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), a wardrobe and a dresser. Bedroom 2 in the attic has 3 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The water is heated by an electric boiler. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided.
