Unwind in nature and create unforgettable memories at our bay!! The space First floor: a large eat in kitchen, with seating for 10. Sunroom off of kitchen is a great place to enjoy cup of coffee or just relax enjoying the view. Large living room with TV and workspace. 2 Queen bedrooms and full bath. Lower level (entrance off of kitchen) has 2 twin beds near the washer and dryer area and a separate room with 2 queen beds and a loveseat with another TV. 2nd full bath is located adjacent to bedroom. Door to the back yard is in back of this level. Outside offers upper-level deck with gas grill and outdoor seating. Access to this off of sunroom or from either side of the house. Backyard has fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs (more folding chairs available in screened area). Water access through gate to steps, then dock. Paddle boat, 4 kayaks and lifejackets available for guests use. Guest access Dock/river access is in season only. Other things to note This Adirondack house is centrally located, 15 minutes from Lake George, 30 minutes to Saratoga Springs and 10 minutes to The Great Sacandaga Lake. Plenty of things to do all year round from skiing in the winter to water activities in the summer. Leaf peeping in the fall and sunset views are incredible! Enjoy waking up to the mountain and river views and end your day with smore's around the fire pit.
