It features two cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and a full size bed, perfect for a small group of guests. A private back yard with a fire pit and picnic table is available for our guests to enjoy. The space This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. A private fenced in yard with a fire pit and picnic table is perfect for cozy evening cookouts. Inside this 1910 house you will find a living room with a couch, recliner, and rocker. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a dresser. The bathroom features a tub/shower. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are available for guests. Central heating and air will keep you comfortable during your stay. The kitchen features a Keurig with hot tea, regular coffee, and decaf coffee for your convenience. Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave are featured in the full kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for you to use! There is no TV, high speed internet is provided. This property is located about a 5 minute walk from downtown where you will find cozy coffee shops, boutiques, and delicious restaurants. A short walk away is the historic old mill of Lindsborg. The paved walking trails wind through town and directly behind the property. Guest access Guests have access to the house and back yard. Shed in the backyard is locked and not accessible to guests. Other things to note This property does not have any stairs. A short step from the sidewalk to the porch and a short step over the door thresholds make it easy access.
