Resort Oasis 2 units pool & spa

Relax and rejuvenate in this resort-like garden oasis with TWO luxurious separate units with shared pool, spa, unique garden areas and outdoor kitchen. The space This listing is for TWO units on the same property. Both spaces are included in your stay. They are separated by the main house. 1st unit - Pool House 500 square foot free standing pool house with large chef’s kitchen, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, queen bed, closet, walk-in shower and private garden area off the bathroom door. This is located 15 feet from the main house where we live. It has a beautiful direct view of the pool and spectacular gardens. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d have at home and possibly more. Tons of spices, oil, coffee, Keurig, drip coffee pot, French press, pots, pans, slow cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster, stand mixer, high end plates, serving bowls, wine glasses, baking sheets, etc. 2nd unit - Principal Bedroom, private bath and private garden. This unit is ATTACHED to the main home, but has no access to the main home and is soundproofed to the best of our ability to provide privacy. You’ll enter through large Hollywood regency gates right at the driveway. Once you open the gate, you’ll see your private garden with massive pots filled with olive trees, Bougainvillea, agave and roses. From the garden you’ll open sliding doors into your beautiful luxurious bedroom with CA king bed, vaulted ceilings, 60” TV, desk, dressers and closet. There’s a kitchenette with mini fridge and freezer, Keurig, bar ware, plates, utensils and everything you’d need to unwind. The bathroom is like a Vegas 5 star hotel with steam room shower, jacuzzi tub, skylights and a closet to put your clothes. The two combined units are perfect for couples traveling together. The unique set up provides privacy, your own bathrooms and at the same time you can meet and gather at the pool, in one of the 4 garden areas or around the bar at the outdoor kitchen. We do allow up to six guests. There are 2 beds total, but we can set up a high-end air mattress with bedding for 2 additional guests. Please let us know ahead of time and we can set it up or leave it for you to set up. There are 3 distinct outdoor dining areas. Each one is unique and magical. Enjoy the spa! Just let us know and we can turn it on. It’s available 8am-10pm. We just need about 30 minutes notification to get the spa up to the desired temperature. It’s available for $75/day October through May. It’s free June through September. If you’d like the pool heated during the colder months (typically October to May), you can heat it for: $150/day for a minimum of 3 days in October, April and May $175/day for a minimum of 4 days November to March The difference in pool heat is due to the colder nights November to March & the new gas price hikes with the local utility making it much more expensive to heat the pool. If you’re heating it for a longer stay (5 days or more), we charge $100/day. The cost to maintain the pool heated is less than the initial heating the pool from 50 degrees to 89. The garden and pool areas can accommodate and seat 80. We do offer special pricing for parties and events. Other things to note We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend guests who are uncertain about their stay purchase the very affordable Airbnb travel insurance. Travel insurance in general is a good investment, as life is not always certain.
