Newly built, comfy studio in the heart of Tulum

Newly built studio with infinity rooftop pool. Parking space avail infront of the building, bikes/vespa/4x4 arranged by our reception. Our studio is in the newly built area of Aldea Zama. It has everything you need and much more with a personal Mexican touch. Very cosy and comfy for any purpose of stay. Eco friendly solar panel building, 15min bicycle ride to the beach, 5min walking distance to Fresh market, 5mins walk to private cenote, 5mins driving to big grocery stores (Chedraui Select). The space Studio is furnished with personal designed furniture out of local wood. Building is powered by solar panels. Studio & location offers everything you need - from our roof top pool to enjoy the sun or going on a bicycle ride to the white sandy beaches of Tulum - whatever your heart requires. Aldea Zama is the new trendy place with a lot of pop up stores, healthy foods and Yoga. Guest access Infinity pool on the rooftop, Gym on the rooftop - we have a gym mat available in the closet, bikes/vespas/4x4 available arranged by our reception team for you. They will be brought to our building and picked up at our building. Please get in contact with our reception early enough so they can arrange it for you. Careful and always lock your ride properly. Day Tours can be arranged as well at our reception. Other things to note Optic fiber internet installed with high speed internet, modem available in the studio. Netflix app on TV where you can log in and watch your movies. Soundbar avail with Bluetooth to connect your device. Iron and iron board available in the closet, laundry basket in closet. Hover avail in cupboard.
