House on the lake with jacuzzi

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful house in the green & yet close to the city of Groningen. A beautiful spacious detached house on Lake Woldmeer (the cleanest swimming water in the Netherlands) with a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house is equipped with every comfort with a luxury kitchen (incl quooker & bean coffee) and 1 cat. Multiple lounge areas in the large garden & a private jetty on the water. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub with bubble and jet function & enjoy the lake. The space Children can put their energy in the garden equipped with 2 regular swings, face to face swing, a slide and a trampoline. Playgrounds can also be found at 200 meters on either side. 1st floor: Bedroom 1: very spacious bedroom with large (180x200) double bed and walk-in closet with French balcony and beautiful views of our green roof and Lake Woldmeer. Bedroom 2: double bed 140x200cm and small desk, also view of the lake from the front of the house. Bedroom 3: Room with a low double bed (140x200) with separate mattresses. Bathroom: luxury bathroom with walk-in shower with large raindouche, double vanity unit, spacious bathtub (+ small TV screen) and toilet. Second Floor: 1 bedroom with a single bed and sofa bed that can be folded out for 2 people. Open high chairs are provided as standard. If closed high chairs (IKEA antelope) are desired, please indicate this and we will arrange that. There are also 2 camping beds available on request. In the house lives our sweet, tolerant cat Syrah (Maine Coon x British shorthair). She likes to come outside and does not come upstairs in the bedrooms or the hallway. Please indicate in a message that you are aware that our cat does stay in the house. Guest access Meerstad is a beautiful neighborhood 25 minutes away by bike from Groningen. And a bus stop within walking distance that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. On the Woldmeer, with a supermarket 5 minutes away, a corn maze, 2 beaches and beach pavilion. Many beautiful hiking and biking routes.
