(Read on) The space Open year round, NEST is situated on a small "farmette", with chickens, ducks, a turkey, two miniature horses and a sweet and friendly goat. We have fresh eggs daily, and flowers, vegetables and herbs are grown here. This apartment is a perfect retreat for the off-season when the island takes on a more tranquil atmosphere. It is sunny, bright and warm, heated by a propane fired "wood" stove for that romantic ambiance on a brisk autumn, or snowy day. Located near to trails for cross country skiing, snowshoeing or hiking, the space is a cozy and cheerful NEST at any time of year. *This apartment accomodates singles and couples only. We do not have accommodations for children. ** I am sorry to say we do not accept pets as we must maintain an allergy free space for health reasons. I also have a whippet in my own home that has extreme anxiety around other dogs. Other things to note Easy access to an outdoor propane-fired barbecue for cooking or grilling. No cooking of lobster or shellfish in the apartment, please. No heavy fragrances. Smells linger and other guests coming in may have sensitivities or allergic reactions. In-ceiling speakers, a receiver, and a small TV with Roku for music or films, which can also be streamed from your device.
