Extra bed for baby/child can be provided with all linen. A camp fire is available right on your doorstep while viewing the magnificent night skies. The space 20 acres of prime wine growing country. Come partake in a guided tour of the best parts of South Burnett. Bring your horse, dog, cat….. Bring your aircraft…(Free pick up at Nanango airport for flight crew. Free tour of Hanger 120……) Currently operating as a farm with cattle and horses. Old dairy farm with loads of history Plenty of wildlife. Your accommodation has hot water on call 24/7. A glam camp is right next door operating in its own private grounds. Parking access is 3 ways. 3 doors for entry. Large double slide door on one side is wheel chair accessible. Please note bed is only a double….a small camp bed can be added for $30 a night….children only… Guest access Drive through main gated area. If open leave open. If closed gate opens towards the road. Please close gate after you. Go along driveway and take wait at car port. Someone will meet you or a message will be sent to arrange parking, depending on your needs. There is a key code to access studio. This is located in the main entrance left side beside the solar light. Key code will be issued on the day of travel. Lights are inside just to the left of door. Please always bring your own torch as a backup. Welcome to La Petite Maison Bleu. Other things to note The accommodation is not suited for small children. No safety plugs for electricity etc. Cabin ideal for a couple. IMPORTANT for Guests with Children…. If you do have a child please review this. No safety on doors where kitchen utensils chemicals are kept. No safety plugs on sockets. There are also antiques etc and dangers such as screens being pulled and falling down…inside the accommodation. If you bring a small child please note all of this for your child’s safety. Spaces outside have unfenced water areas as this is for stock to water. There are also many burrs and poo everywhere around the property. Strongly suggest shows at all times. Wildlife about also. There are chickens and a goat and horses and a dog. Please do not let children chase them. Pool is seasonal…..it is an old water trough. Open for your use. Towels are located at the pool. DANGER NOTICE>>>> If the water filtration/pump is on please TURN OFF and REMOVE before entering the water…….Once finished your dip replace and turn on. Water changed weekly-no chemicals in this pool. Infra Red Sauna available by appointment . Adults only. No children in the garage please. $25 per use-Max 1 hr. Fits 2 people. Pets allowed -additional pet $20 per pet per stay. Pets must be approved before arrival. No very large dogs allowed. Dogs must be on lead due to farm animals and wildlife. All visitors must be made aware of the house rules. No over night visitors unless booked through AirBNB. It can rain very heavily in this area. Please ensure all windows/screens are closed if you go out and when you vacate. Special note…. The retractable awning on the front is old. Please only use when you are in residence. Retract when not in use. A large gust of wind rip it. Insects come in masses at times. If they do just reduce lights and close all windows. Spray can assist around the screens and doors. Don’t hesitate to ask any question or contact me if you have a concern. For bookings greater than 7 nights. Accommodation will only be serviced after your stay. This price is already included. Should you require cleaning additional this can be arranged for a fee.
