The pool is closed in winter, ( i.e November to March, opens on special request) →Bonfire charges are 200/- hour →Late checkout charges are 1500/- hour after 11 am →The property is a farmhouse, especially for family parties and other events, please do not expect hotel-like amenities, however, we will try our best to accommodate every guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property during their stay without any disturbance. Other things to note 1. Extra guest charges 700/- per extra guest after 12 guests. 2. Some power cuts may occur during your stay while switching to GENSET from the solar panel, (takes hardly 3-4 mins). 3. Our caretaker will be there all the time for security purposes only, any assistance like cleaning during your stay or any kind of assistance would be charged 700 Rupees. 4. Swiggy and Zomato are accessible and cabs are also accessible. 5. Pool timings are from 2 pm to 7 am. This could be increased if we have no upcoming bookings on your checkout day. The pool in winter (November - February) would be accessible on special request only. 6.
