The Downtown Apartment is a chic second floor space. It has a full kitchen with dining table, and living room with an electric fireplace. Two Juliet porches offer views of the Matanzas Bay. French doors lead to the elegant bedroom, complete with blackout curtains, and a King bed. A private bath with a pedestal sink and small shower ensure that your getaway will be comfortable and complete. The Marine Street Apartment is part of the Bayfront Marin House range of lodging options. The space The Downtown Apartment is right in the middle of everything--across from the marina and OC White's restaurant, and above the Chatsworth Pub and Tea Room. This second floor unit has a King sized bed, small bathroom with tiled shower, full kitchen, and chic living room with comfy seating, 43" tv, and electric fireplace. Plus, the unit has two Juliet porches--enjoy the music next door at OC White's and watch the peaceful shimmering on the bay. Guest access Guests enter the Downtown Apartment from a second floor patio. They can sit on the patio, which is common to all of the apartments in the building. The apartment is accessed from a common hallway. All areas inside the apartment--including its two Juliet porches overlooking water and downtown--are private and exclusive for our guests. During your stay Guests can contact the front desk, located at our main property, just over a block away. Daily housekeeping is available. Other things to note Guests at the Downtown Apartment are invited to our waterfront bed and breakfast for a complimentary full breakfast from 8am til 10am, and complimentary happy hour each evening. Happy hour includes beer, wine, homemade sangria, light bites, and a homemade dessert. In lieu of breakfast downtown, guests can request a continental breakfast basket delivered to their door. Baskets include fruit, muffins and a homemade bread.
