Well lit traditional Mexican condo with a queen bed, I live here half of the year and absolutely adore it. We do have a full oven although it’s not pictured. Included is maid service 6 days a week. Hot water is not an issue and the bathroom is quite spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook as well as a new coffee maker (we are coffee drinkers so we enjoy a good cup of coffee). The space This traditional Mexican condo has the pool and shared balcony outside its door, this is a small complex so typically you’re the only ones that use it. The rooftop has the best views for sunsets in PV, you’re a block away from the ocean and everything the romantic zone has to offer. The romantic zone is the most sought after area. This is a small, 1 bedroom condo. No door separates the living space from the bedroom, but it is mostly walled off. (see photos for floor plan) We added a new full sized fridge and a full range as well as redid the entire upper cabinets. We have a Wyze system that allows you to say “Hey Googl turn on or off bedroom/living room lights” it can hear you from the bedroom. You can also ask it to make lights warmer or cooler as well as brighter or dimmer. You can even say “Hey Googl, what is a good Italian restaurant near me” and it should run through weather and news of the day. Guest access You have full access to pool and balcony as well as the rooftop. Other things to note The romantic zone has construction everywhere, actually most of the zones near the ocean do as new condos and new hotels are being built everywhere. When the doors, windows and a/c are on you can barely hear it.
