Watch the sunrise over green pastures from this newly renovated apartment on the lower level of a large home on 10 rolling acres. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Spread out over 2,000sqft of living space! Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, private patio, laundry room & even a game room! King bed & bunk beds in one bedroom, and a Queen in the other. Pullout couches available. If you bring more than 6 guests, let us know & we'll prepare your desired couch/bed arrangement for the extras. The space This walkout basement apartment is located on our 10 acre mini-farm with horse paddocks on either side. Plenty of room to play outside and visit the horses. Guest access There is a dedicated parking lot and private, exterior entrance available for you. You will not enter the main home at all and will have total privacy. The entire lower floor and patio are dedicated for your use with no shared spaces. Please note, you must walk around the home, about 50 yards over a stone path, to access the apartment. Also, you may be sharing the parking area with our carriage house guests if it is occupied. Plenty of room for 3 vehicles. Other things to note Because the apartment is on the lower level, you will hear footsteps above if we are home. It's just part of the experience and we would not recommend this unit for anyone who needs total silence during their stay.
