The space Welcome to our cozy family corner: This small apartment is designed for you to enjoy as a family, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: • Equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils, a small stove, roasting pan and coffee maker, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. • Bed linen and towels: two very comfortable beds, extra sheets available if you need them; the beds have light blankets, ideal for the varied weather. The bathroom is fully equipped and has clean towels of all sizes. • Amenities: air conditioning and fan for your comfort; TV available for Netflix or other platforms. The curtains are dark for privacy, but can be opened according to your preference. • Large parking lot: more than 3 cars or boats can be parked without a problem. • Outdoor water: perfect if you want to wash your pet, organize or clean game animals and/or clean your vehicle. • Drinking water: tap water is not ideal for drinking, as Jasper water contains a lot of iron, we recommend using bottled water; the shower has a filter for a more pleasant bath. • Closed doors: Keep the front door closed to prevent small flying animals from entering. The garage door must remain closed; there is no guest access there and there are security cameras. • Safety: The power tower inside the apartment is completely safe and requires no tampering. • Washer and dryer: If you want to use them, just let the host know and they will gladly guide you. We want your stay to be safe, comfortable, and full of happy moments. Welcome to your home away from home! Guest access Access to the apartment: When your reservation is confirmed, the main parking lot will be open for your arrival. The apartment keys will be under the main carpet, ready for you to enter comfortably. You can keep the gate open or closed according to your preference; the apartment's location is very safe, so you decide how to use it during your stay. When you leave, please leave the keys in the same place or, if you prefer, make sure the door is unlocked for the next guest's convenience. Other things to note ✨ Other details to note: • 💧 Water: We recommend using bottled water. The shower has a filter for added convenience. • 🔒 Safety: The power tower is behind a closed door and is completely safe; please do not open. Keep the main doors closed to prevent small flying animals from entering. The garage door must remain closed; there is no guest access and there are security cameras. • 🗝️ Access and keys: Upon arrival, the main parking lot will be open and the keys will be under the main carpet. You can keep the gate open or closed according to your preference. Upon checkout, please leave the keys in the same place or make sure the door is unlocked. • 🧺 Washer and dryer: Available; let us know if you want to use them. • 🍳 Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils, small stove, roasting pan and coffee maker. • 🛏️ Bed and bath linens: Extra sheets available if you need them; beds with light blankets for the varied weather. Full bathroom with clean towels of all sizes. • ❄️ Amenities: Air conditioning and fan available. TV with access to platforms such as Netflix. Dark curtains for privacy, can be opened according to your preference. • 🚗 Parking: Spacious, with space for more than 3 vehicles or boats. Outdoor water available for washing pets or vehicles. • 🐶 Pets at home: We have two dogs, small, not dangerous or aggressive. They may bark on the first day at new people, but then they calm down. They will never enter the apartment, as there are bars that separate one house from another. • 🧹 Additional services: If you leave any personal items, I will return them immediately or keep them if you wish to pick them up. For long stays, we can clean or change sheets or whatever you need. Trash can be left at the door and we will pick it up immediately. • 🏡 Comfort and atmosphere: Small apartment, but cozy and comfortable, designed to enjoy with family or friends. • 🌎 Languages: I speak Spanish; my husband can help you if you need to communicate in English.
