Fenced Garden: Your pets are part of the family and here they will have total freedom to run and enjoy the mountain safely. 📍 Location & Setting We are in a privileged enclave that allows you to choose between the calm of the mountain and the activity of the coast: Beach: Just a 10-minute drive. Valencia City: 20 minutes away, perfect for enjoying the Fallas or local cuisine and returning to sleep in the silence of the mountain. Routes: Mountain trails directly accessible from the area. We have an official tourist license, which guarantees professional management and a worry-free stay. Guest access Absolute privacy: The entire property is for your exclusive use. During your stay, you will have full access to the 900 m² plot and all the facilities of the house. There are no shared areas with other guests or hosts; your privacy is our priority. You can freely enjoy: Private Pool: Available exclusively for you, with a solarium area to relax under the Valencian sun. Large Fenced Garden: A safe and spacious environment where your pets can run and play freely. Parking: Space inside the property or at the door for your total comfort and safety. Laundry and Kitchen: Full access to all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), ideal for long-term stays. Other things to note ⛰️ Important Information and House Rules To ensure an excellent stay in our mountain house, please review these points that reflect the nature of the property and our rules of coexistence: 🚗 Mobility: A car is essential. We are in the heart of nature. There is no public transportation right outside the house, but you will be just 10 minutes away from the Rafelbuñol Metro station (Line 3 to Valencia) and the El Puig train station. 💧 Water (Cistern): We depend on our own cistern system. The water is clean and perfectly suitable for cooking, washing dishes and personal hygiene, but it is not recommended for drinking. We ask you to use it consciously and responsibly to ensure an optimal supply during your stay. 🏠 Layout: The house has interior stairs to access some rooms. Keep this in mind for luggage or people with reduced mobility. 🐾 Pets (Our policy): They are welcome, but with rules: Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool (for hygiene and filter reasons). They are not allowed on sofas or beds to protect the new furniture. Please have them relieve themselves outside the paved areas of the pool. 🔇 Neighbors and Quiet: Being in a mountain area, sound travels a lot. No parties or loud music allowed outside. We respect the peace of the neighbors in the rural area. 🌿 Environment: It is normal to find local fauna (country insects), and mobile coverage may vary, although we do have high-speed Wi-Fi. As it is a rustic and self-sufficient home in a natural environment, the electricity and water system depend on responsible use of resources. Simultaneous connection of high-power appliances (professional dryers, external heaters, etc.) is not allowed, as they cause overloads that temporarily cut off the property's electricity and water pump.
