Full size washer/dryer and open concept full kitchen/family room. Guests will enjoy a golf carting neighborhood with FruitShine Winery, complimentary WiFi and private parking on site. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Guest access Park in front of the cottage or by the pole barn. Guests do not have access to the pole barn. Fishing off the pier. If you stand on the deck and look a bit left at the water you will find the stairs across the street. The period shared between 4 cottages. Feel free to fish, swim or lay on a raft! Other things to note Flat top cuisinart flat top grill. Please let us know if the tank is low or empty when you check out. Deck fire pit cannot be moved! There is a fire proof mat underneath. Please have small enough fire to fit securely in the pit with screen on at all times!
