This magnificent Murray River retreat is the perfect holiday destination for gatherings or as a lovely couple getaway, where you have the best of both worlds with amazing river views & direct private river frontage, ideal to moor your boat or jet ski. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise light up the cliffs, sit by the river on the deck enjoying the sunset with a wine or take in the abundance of birdlife. Property can sleep up to 12 guests. The space RETREAT FEATURES;  •   Well-appointed, spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area to take in the picturesque views of the river - all boasting amazing river views •   4 generously sized bedrooms, with either double, queen or bunk beds •   Wood fireplace in family room & split system air conditioners in main living area and each bedroom •   Two toilets and one bathroom •   Spacious balcony with spectacular views of the river and beautiful sunsets/sunrises •   Undercover outdoor entertaining area down by the river with BBQ facilities •   Lawned area near the river's edge •   Private pontoon for mooring your boat or jet ski  •   Nildottie boat ramp 100m away There are steps leading down the hill to the outdoor entertaining deck and to the rivers edge, please refer to photos. Without these steps, there is no breathtaking view. There are many attractions around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirtbike tracks only a kilometre away. Swan Reach and Walker Flat are within a short drive, where you will find ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies. Guest access Check-in Information will be emailed to guests 48 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note There are outside steps to descend from the house down to the outdoor undercover entertaining deck and to the river front. Without these steps, there is no breathtaking view. Please refer to photos. Bedroom 1 (Master) & Bedroom 2 (Balcony Room) have optional adjoining door access which can be locked from either side of the property. Bedroom 2 has balcony access with lockable sliding door. Bedroom 1 (Master) has ensuite door to walk through toilet. Bedroom 4 has ensuite door to walk through bathroom. Coffee Machine is available is Nespresso, some pods are provided,however please bring your own Nepresso pods for continual use. We encourage you to enjoy the outdoor area of the property, however we are trying to revegetate around the paths and steps, we ask for you to please not walk within 2 metres on either side of the path and steps. There is a private pontoon on the river for guests to use. Local boat ramp at the end of the road. Approximately 140m from the property. There is also a local dirt bike track nearby for the bike enthusiasts.
