A little cosy farm cottage to relax and recharge the mind,body and soul for the challenges on the journey of life We CAN NOT accomodate children at our property-PLEASE read our house rules before booking-Thank-you We do not provide Shampoo/Conditioner or body wash as we feel this is very personal and everyone has their own requirements for management of their own hair and skin. The space A lovely well appointed little cottage with everything you need for a couples getaway or two single adults or a couple and one single adult -NO CHILDREN can be accommodated please understand we like children BUT we will not allow them in our accomodation because it is not suitable and the farm is high risk for children due to electric fences and waterways A queen bed and also a king Single bed are provided but the king Single can only hold the weight of an adult weighing up to 85kgs no more There is a nice kitchen overlooking the farm and an outdoor area for relaxing in and enjoying the Country environment. Please note that the farm is our home and respect of this fact is appreciated . We do not expect to see our guests wandering through other areas of the property including accessing the animals without our support or supervision. Enjoy some time to yourselves in the designated farmstay area that is fenced and landscaped for your enjoyment. Wifi is available but not reliable as it is on satellite: Username -Dreaver Password :Doubledelight91 - No smoking,vaping or drug use will be tolerated Alcohol must be confined to the cottage area & be used responsibly Guest access The cottage is on its own and secured by fencing & gates so the access is private but still within the farm boundaries We DO NOT accept children with any booking -PLEASE read our house rules carefully before booking -thank you The photos in Exterior Title show how to lock and unlock the outside door -you must lift the handle up to lock or unlock and the keys are located in the kitchen table drawer if you feel like this is necessary for you to do and are finding it difficult just message me for assistance. Other things to note We are located up a generally quiet Country road that is not far from the small townships of Donnybrook,Kirup, Ballingup and the Ferguson Valley. There are bike trails close by -plus wineries and many places to visit by car There is a working pottery studio and gallery on the property.
