Enjoy time with your children or each other in this comfortable & economical granny flat 15 minutes from the sweet town of Bathurst. One large room with kitchenette that sleeps up to 6 people (1 king bed & 2 singles with single trundle beds). Separate clean & tidy bathroom. Generous breakfast provided. 76 rustic acres of undulating land, 3 dams, pets & livestock are all open for viewing. Put on your hat and boots & go. Hand feed the sheep & donkeys (food supplied). Vroom vroom! Your accommodation has a large t.v. with DVD's and internet access, a dining table for 6, kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini oven. Family board games, toy box for young ones and books. Linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. Please note: Sorry no pets, and children must be supervised at all times. Our animals, water troughs and the unsecured dams do pose a safety hazard. Thank you. Guest access Make yourself at home in the clean and comfy, but no-fuss granny flat and all the surrounding paddocks. A shared courtyard is great for kids to run around and play in, whilst you relax close-by on the swinging bench. Closed in shoes, boots or gumboots are highly recommended for use outside as the ground can be irregular and uneven, slippery if it's been raining, and scattered with animal poop.
