Other things to note Thanks to Lompoc’s mild climate and refreshing coastal breezes, the home stays naturally comfortable without the need for AC; for those rare warm days, we provide fans throughout the house and recommend keeping the windows closed during the day and opening them to the cool ocean air in the evening.
