So please choose the number of guests correctly while booking. 2. The 4 Beds in the house sleep 8 people. If you're booking the place for 10 people, a Queen-sized floor Mattress with pillows and a comforter will be provided for the other 2 people. Our space can accommodate up to 10 guests only. More extra beds cannot be provided. 3. Private get-togethers are allowed as long as they’re not loud and no drugs are involved. Decoration, if necessary, must be done in the sit-out Lawn Area only. Refrain from using stickers, double-sided tapes, nails etc; that can permanently damage the property. 4. Please do not use Confetti/Snow-Spray or play Cake Smash inside the house. Kindly remove all decorations & clean-up before checking-out. If you're looking to host a party here, please read all the House Rules very carefully to avoid additional Cleaning Fee. 5. No smoking allowed inside the property (including Hookah, e-cigarettes, cigars etc.) Smoking is ONLY allowed in the Balcony and Lawn Areas. If found smoking indoors additional fine of 10,000/- will be charged. 6. Please keep the property clean and tidy. Daily Home cleaning and dish-washing will be done between 11:00am - 2:00pm by our Maid. 7. Do you have Daily Maid Service + Housekeeping? Yes! Housekeeping staff will visit everyday between 12:00pm - 2:00pm to refresh the house, clean dishes, set up beds, mop floors etc; Should I bring linens, towels, and pillowcases? We understand nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. We provide linens, pillows & comforter for each bed. We wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there's plenty of towels. Is the apartment a good place for children? Yes! We've had several families stay with us, and they've found it perfect for a family getaway.
