The space There is an entry foyer and a living room and dining room and kitchen on the main floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom w/washer dryer. There is also a home office with a beautiful view. The unfinished basement is not included. There is a Heat Pump on the main floor and another Heat Pump on the second floor.; and baseboard heaters throughout. A WIFI password is sent before occupancy time. The key pad for the August entry system is on the mailbox 1 foot to the right of the front door, your entry code is sent to you prior to occupancy time. Guest access The main floor and the second floor and the rear deck (the rear deck is not included during snow season) and the covered front porch are included. The unfinished basement is not included. Other things to note Private driveway for parking. The backyard is a cliff not quite straight down; you agree not to attempt to go up or down the cliff. You agree that you and your guests (who have been disclosed prior to booking) use the house and property at your own risk. You agree that people that service this house, such as my cleaning and maintenance people, will be aware you are staying in the house; and they will have immediate access to the house for a service call of any kind. Campbellton is a gateway bridge to Gaspe and the Maritimes; The perfect spot to stay on your vacation route! The rear deck is closed during snow season. Walking distance to downtown. Within a 5 minute drive to the house, there is a Walmart, Canadian Superstore, IGA, 2 Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire, 2 McDonalds, an A&W, Dooley's Pool Room & Bar, and lots of fine dining, plus Sugarloaf Mountain for wonderful trails or for skiing in the winter!
