The space Up one step and onto the originally maintained 70's patio, over the threshold and through the front door, you will find yourself in the living room which adjoins Brightside's fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is also a designated study area, perfect for working from home. From here you enter the cosy bedroom, complete with queen size bed, high quality cotton bedding, full sized wardrobe, stylish dressing table and drawers. There are conveniently placed power points for all your electrical needs and ceiling fan. From the bedroom you will access the modern bathroom with stylish shower, vanity, mirror and power points. Heat lamps and bright lights will add to your comfort. Walking through the well-equipped laundry will lead you to the separate toilet. Through the back door and down three steps you will find an original Hills Hoist washing line along with garbage and recycling facilities. Guest access Guests are invited to enjoy the entire unit including the front patio. Private, under cover car parking is available for your convenience in the car port to the rear of the property. The back footpath is an area of shared access with other residents, who may walk past to access the gate and move bins from time to time. Other things to note Please note that we value the quiet enjoyment that our neighbours have within their properties and we do our utmost to avoid inconveniencing them with such things as excess noise and inconsiderate behaviour.
