Beautiful spacious, one bedroom garden suite literally one block from Kitsilano beach which is a prime location mins away from Down Town with easy access for all transportation, including bus, car, bicycle and foot. The neighbourhood is well known for its great selection of local restaurants, cafes, bars and great bakeries. Only a few blocks away from 4th Ave which is famous for its excellent shopping where there are local supermarkets close by with plenty of variation, including Whole Foods. The space We just bought a 58” smart TV and you can enjoy all streaming online with the best experience! This is a spacious one bedroom garden suite in a 1920's Kitsilano home. It features a large entry way and living room complete with a TV theatre. The apt is furnished with beautiful antiques along with modern pieces which gives it both warmth and charm. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lovely dining room space. We only have one bed but we have another foldable mattress can set up in the living room and please let us know beforehand if you wish to use it. We've set up this apt to be charming, comfortable and convenient, with delightful details throughout. While Kitsilano beach is literally just one minute walk away, we are also close to downtown and public transportation. We offer our guests the added convenience of 1 free parking space at the back of the house, which is a rarity in this area where parking can be difficult to find. This parking space is available for our guests to use, making it even easier to explore the nearby attractions or to simply enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful home. We welcome furry friends at our home, but please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for any necessary extra cleaning. Please note that a pet fee may apply to cover the additional cleaning costs. Guest access When you enter the house from the front. Please go to the left side of the house and go down a couple of stairs then you will see the basement door. it is not very obvious the house number. it's the same color as the wall. you can notice if you look close to the wall on the left side of the house. if you park behind the house, please go through the pathway go the front of the house and follow the same instructions. Since it is an old house after putting in the passcode open the door, please pull the door towards you a bit to open. otherwise the deadbolt might stuck and prevent the door from openning. The laundry room is located at the other side of the house next to the outside stairs Please use it after 3pm if you need to. Other things to note For the comfort of our guests, you have access to the thermostat in each room to adjust the temperature. You can make yourself a coffee using our coffee maker. Coffee pods and sugar are provided. The laundry room is located outside on the other side of the house. Please try to use it after 3pm. This is the ground floor unit of a multi-family house, there are guests/tenants living above you. If you are really sensitive to noise, please reconsider before booking.
