New house. It has two bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, fan and heated shower and a second bedroom with a double mattress, fan and desk. Both with cabinet shelves. A second full bathroom with shower. Full kitchen, living room with Smart TV, Balcony with table for socializing, large plot with vegetable garden, shower and hammock area. We are 3 blocks from the beach and the Trabalha Brasil beach bar. ***We have a very sweet and affectionate kitten that lives in the house ;)
