Situated just a short drive from the South to Sugarloaf’s renowned downhill Skiing & Snowboarding and only minutes from the Maine Huts and Trails System where you can head out for a day of Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, or Fat Biking. Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation for Winter enthusiasts and families alike. You will love our Winter-Friendly Amenities including a garage for parking (2) vehicles, storage for your gear, a work bench for any repairs or maintenance, and an ample parking lot and yard area. Located just south of downtown Kingfield, the home combines seclusion with easy access to the main route 27. While the large front and backyards provide a peaceful retreat, you might occasionally hear passing vehicles. Guest Access Guests will have full access to the home and property, excluding the basement and two utility closets. Additional Notes - While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property, the guest will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees incurred. - No additional guests beyond those specified in your booking are permitted on the property, including outdoor areas and the fire pit. - Please do not rearrange any furniture, including outdoor furnishings.
