Only 20 minutes from Tiznit and 30 minutes from Mirleft, the villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen. The space The villa is located within the private residence "AGLOU CENTER" where you can enjoy many amenities such as tennis courts, a basketball court, a swimming pool by the sea, an indoor swimming pool, an equipped gym and play areas dedicated to children. You will also have direct access to the sea and the opportunity to walk in the Aglou Corniche, where you will discover many cafés/restaurants as well as local shops. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find 2 living rooms, a dining area that can accommodate 8 people, an equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine) and a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). The ground floor is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. The outdoor terrace and garden are accessible from the living rooms and are equipped with an outdoor dining table. The villa also has a covered garage that can accommodate a car. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink). The bedroom with a queen size bed (1m60/2m) has its own private bathroom and a living room area that can accommodate 2 beds. Breakfast and lunch are available upon request. Housekeeping service is not included and is also offered for a fee of 150 dhs per day. Guest access All rooms in the villa are accessible. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. However, you are allowed on the terrace. Access to girls accompanying groups of boys is strictly prohibited. Access to the villa will be denied by the security guard, even after booking, if this rule is not respected.
