Town only 3 min away and about 20 wineries and restaurants all within a 1 to 5 miles away from the property. We are central to ALL major shopping with Sierra Vista 35 minutes away, Tucson 45 Minites away, Patagonia 15 minutes away and Nogales Mexico only 40 minutes away. Patagonia has a GIANT and very beautiful boating and swimming lake with an actual beach and boat launch. As well as BBQ pits and picnic areas and boat and kayak rentals. Great place to fish. There is a bird sanctuary for awesome birding Tons of hiking, bike riding and star gazing. We have 2 complementary kayaks and mountain bikes for your use during your stay. Guest access Use of entire casita and yard. Parking right next to casita. Casita is behind the main house. Just follow the gravel driveway to back of the house and casita is next to the greenhouses. Other things to note Kitty Casita is named that because we run a Non Profit Kitty Sanctuary/Rescue. Its for the love of cats. 😻 BUT the casita is in no way associated with the non profit. You can ask me more questions if you'd like to know more about what we do and Id be happy to set up a visit to the sanctuary if you would like to meet the resident kitties but again the non profit is a complete separate entity.
