House with pool

Spacious house which can comfortably host 8 people. You will be able to enjoy a bucolic environment, a garden with a heated swimming pool, 10 km far from Dijon and its unique heritage. From the house, you will have access to Arc sur Tille beach lake within walking distance. The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - An entrance hall with toilets - A large living room with a kitchen and its island, a large dining table for 8 to 10 guests and a large sitting room - A master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is pretty large (14 m2). It has a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200) and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and a basin. It has not been renewed yet but it is still in a good state and clean. - a cellar - a garage and a laundry room ON THE FIRST FLOOR - a master bedroom (11 m2) with a queen size bed - a 12 m2 bedroom with 2 single beds - a very large master bedroom with a king size bed (160 x 200) and a queen size sofa bed - a small study with a convertible armchair - a bathroom with a bath tub, a shower and a double basin cabinet. This bathroom has just been renovated - separate toilets Guest access We will have access to the whole house, expect for the walk in closet where we will store our personnal items. Other things to note Our cat, Nino, will be at home. He is a bit shy but he is lovely and affectionate. You may hardly see him and he won't bother you because he spends most of his time outside. We will just ask you to refill his bowl of biscuits and give him his cat food when you can.
