Charming hamlet house in the Cévennes, ideal for a family of 2 to 5 people. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful private terrace of 20 m2 with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains! It's great to reconnect with nature! Perfectly equipped, it combines authenticity and modernity. Hiking, river, swimming pool in the summer in St André de Majencoules, 45 minutes from Mont Aigoual for skiing in the winter and 45 minutes from the Cirque de Navacelles. The space Old detached house with an area of about 115 m² for up to 5 people, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a kitchen equipped with a nice dining area, a living room with 1 sofa, 1 bench, 3 armchairs, and access to a shower room with toilet. 3 Bd, 2 of which are spacious and in a row, the 1st with 1 bed of 140 + 1 bed of 90, the 2nd with 1 bed of 160 + 1 bed of 90, the 3rd with 1 bed of 90. House suitable for a family with children. You then access a summer lounge and then at the end of the house is a terrace of about 20 m² with superb views of the surrounding mountains :) which has direct secure access from the outside. The decoration is neat and the focus has been on comfort and amenities to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible. A security deposit of 100 euros will be required upon arrival (check or cash). Guest access The building is an old winegrower's house that also has the old bread oven of the hamlet. Guests will have private access to the entire house (115 m2) located on the first floor with a great view of the mountains! From June 20 to August 22, you can temporarily park in front of the house to unload your luggage or groceries. You will then have to park your vehicle near the property in the hamlet. During the rest of the year, a private parking space is available in front of the house. Please note that board and card games are available for the whole family (stored in the "wooden kneeler" in the living room), and you will find games and toys for children in the large Bd number 1! Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not provided. We can offer it to you for rent at a rate of €8/person for bed linen and €4/person for towels. You will have at your disposal a bath mat and two tea towels, as well as essentials to start your stay. Very recently, a box was installed with a fiber connection. For your entertainment, you have board games for children and adults, card games, tarot, and children's books available. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but the house is very cool in summer because it is very old, so the walls are thick. The cottage is equipped with a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso-type capsule coffee maker The house has a barbecue and a plancha for your summer evenings. Shops are 10 minutes from the property by car, and Mont Aigoual is 45 minutes away. Many hiking trails start directly from the house.
