Big home by disneyland, convention, beach, stadium

I am an experience airbnb host and this is our 3rd property being listed due to popular demand of our past guests. You can see our other listings in my profile. This home can host 10 guests comfortably. It is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, and parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. REG Permit2O15 OO253 The space Maximum occupancy will be 11 Guest max per city requirement. No more that 10 guests allowed. Please do NOT send booking request if you have more than 10 guests as it will NOT be fulfilled. Quiet time policy is 8:30pm to 9:00 am (No exception!!)..During quiet time you cant be outside in front, back or side yard, no activities outside, no bbq, no pool usage (if pool property), (Dont ask for exceptions plz!!). Minimum age 30 years or older to book Guests can be fined up to $2500 and evicted by city STR enforcement for offences/violation of occupancy, inappropriate parking, excessive noise, parties, commercial events, etc... There is parking for two standard size cars, no additional guest parking is allowed. Cars must be parked at least 12” (inside) from the sidewalk line. Violation will result in a fine from the City. We may require additional rules deposit to make sure guests remain in compliance!! Thank you for understanding. Our home is about 8 to 10 minutes drive from Disneyland, stadium, convention center, 20 minutes drive to knotts berry farm, and 30 to 35 minutes drive to Beach. It is situated on a lovely, quiet, residential street in a great Anaheim neighborhood with all the necessities nearby. It is features spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/tub combo). Our home can sleep 10 guests max for true hospitality. The distinctive beauty, luxury and location of this house set this apart from the rest. Your home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation in the Anaheim/Disney area. We’ve custom designed this fabulous house to be the ultimate dream vacation home for both kids and adults. Kids will love marvel and Disney character decors. We have loaded our home with Disney toys, books, board games and Disney character beddings. It also features flat screen tv's with cable. A spacious living and family room is open floor has contemporary decorations and comfortable couches. The custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with high end appliances and most cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Guest can BBQ and enjoy sitting in patio during non-quiet time. Want to hangout inside? Enjoy game of pool on a large professional size pool table or Relax in the living room or family room which features large windows overlooking to backyard or front yard. Living room also features bar like couches. If that’s not enough grab the remote control and enjoy video game on large screen. Visit our extensive dvd library and watch it on one of our flat screen TVs or borrow one of our dozen books and curl up on any one of our comfortable couches! We have ridiculous amount of toys and we provide high speed internet for you. For babies we have 2 high chairs, crib, pack n play plus we have washer and dryers. Set of complimentary Bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner is provided in each bathroom. Iron board, hair dryer all provided for your convenience. The home is completely remodeled and everything is permitted by city of Anaheim. All our beds are newly bought not pre-owned or from a hospitality auctions. Note: For safety reasons, our bath tubs and jetted tubs won't hold water it has to remain draining. Do not temper with tub drain trying to hold water from draining. We also dont have pool heater. Do not temper with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. Do not leave garage open when not in use. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Max 2 car parking, Max Occupancy 11 (absolutely no more than 10 guests allowed as per city license). Please look for alternative accommodation or my other two listings if you have more than 10 guests (adult+children). Also, we will NOT consider booking less than 3 nights. Minimum 3 nights are required. ---Our home cannot be booked for parties ---No commercial events allowed ---No smoking, vaping, marijuana, synthetic, any of that at all ---No pets ---Quite time begins at 8:30pm to 9:00am ( no bbq,backyard or front yard activities allowed, you cant be outside, no talking, gathering, nothing at all outside) ---Excessive noise is NOT allowed ---Must follow parking signs ---check in time 3pm and after and check out time is 10:00 am and before Guest access Wifi, patio area, front yard, entire home from inside. Anything stated for employees or private or indicated not for guest use is NOT for guest to access. Other things to note Property has outdoor surveillance cameras Guest must review and sign Host and Guest rental agreement that includes but not limited to: City Ordinances for vacation home Indemnification of Host Pool liability waiver (if pool property) Bunk bed waiver House Rules Guests will be required to provide copy of ID/PASSPORT upon booking confirmation / rental agreement sign..This is required in order to obtain access instruction... No smoking inside the home, in patio, front yard, backyard, pool area,sides of the home, in garage, anywhere portion of home property boundaries... Before you send booking request, I want to be sure you are aware of the City of Anaheim rules. According to the City of Anaheim Ordinance, quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m, but our home quiet time policy is 8:30pm to 9:00am (Much stricter for preventive measure). Guests may not be outside, in the Pool, BBQ or outside at all between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Violation of this rule may result in a fine of $1,000 and immediate eviction from the home with no refund. No loud music is allowed day or night. No music at all outside at all. No additional guests are allowed at the house at any time. There is parking for two standard size cars in the driveway and two standard size cars can be parked in the garage, no additional guest parking is allowed. Cars must be parked at least 12” (inside) from the sidewalk line. Violation will result in a fine from the City. Strict no smoking/no pet policy. Any evidence of smoking/vaping/marijuana in the home or on the premises, or any evidence of use of marijuana or other drugs will result in an automatic $700 fine. NO pets. Any evidence of pets in the home or on the premises will result in an automatic $700 fine. We do not have heated pool. Minimum age 25 to book this home. Any tampering/moving/covering to outdoor surveillance cameras will result in automatic $700 fine. Guests who reside within 100 miles of this home will be asked for an additional Security Deposit. The Deposit will be refunded after departure if there is no evidence that any of the rules have been broken, and no violations from the City or neighbors. The City Code Enforcement Officers are on duty 24-hours/day who respond immediately to calls and complaints regarding violations or suspicion of violations of rules.
