Because the accommodation is larger than 80 sq. m., the accommodation tax/resilience fee, according to the law, is €15 per night and is paid by the guest in addition to the listed price, in cash, to be paid directly to the state. Other things to note Arnea is a village in mountainous Halkidiki and is ideal for getaways and holidays all year round. In the summer it is very cool, especially at night, so the house does not have air-conditioning. The house is very close to the village's central square. It does not have private parking, but you can drive up to the door. There is free parking a short distance away. The distance to the nearest beaches, organized or not, is about 30 km on a route without traffic. You can also walk the mountain trails of Cholomontas in the beech and oak forest. In the village you can visit the museums (folklore, weaving), the historic metropolis of the area and at a distance of about 5 km the local winery "Papagiannis".
