This newly renovated beach front home is a great place to relax and unwind. Situated about 70 miles from Richmond, this home has a great view on Milford Haven and just a short boat ride to the Chesapeake Bay. With a spacious kitchen that leads into the brand new dining area, you will see our view of Milford Haven. Grab a drink or enjoy a family meal with that view! This single story home has three bedrooms off a nice hallway with the main bathroom in the middle. The king sized bedroom, has an attached half bath. Grab your sunscreen and some water shoes, to enjoy our 125 feet for private beach. This shallow water area is great for the kids to play in the water! There are plenty of dining options in town too! Enjoy all that Mathews County has to offer! Guest access You have access to the entire property but please be mindful as we do have neighbors. Please do not cross over the grasses on the beach to their property. Other things to note We are a beach front property. Our kayaks, lily pad, and SUP are available for your use, but at your own risk. Guests are required, per U.S. Coastguard, to have a lifejacket on board. By finalizing your booking, you agree to hold the host harmless for use of the boats, watercraft, and/or swimming area. We do provide a few child and adult life jackets for guests to use. They are in the bunk room closet. Love fishing? You can fish right from the beach. Bring your rods and see what you can catch. Please be sure to have the appropriate fishing license. If you need help with getting that, we can help you to the right place. We do recommend that guests bring water shoes as there can be sharp oyster shells.
