On the banks of Lake Eildon*, this uniquely positioned home, allows guests the opportunity to access the best of the Victorian high country and Lake Eildon. It's about 55 minutes to the top of Mt Buller and 20 minutes from the historic Mansfield township. Enjoy the Jameison township and Brewery; The Delatite Winery; The High Country Maze and Gardens; the Mansfield Zoo; Mt Stirling and stunning walking and riding trails less than 10 minutes walk from the house. *Water levels can vary. The space Less than 100 meters to a concrete boat ramp. This ramp useable when Eildon is 75%+ full. There are three other concrete ramps within 5 minutes. Guest access The concrete driveway has space for a few cars to park. Guests can pull up close to the front door. Ground floor access only involves only one small step but there are a dozen steps up into the upstairs kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, bathroom and large outside deck. Perfect for extended families or groups, the home is divided into two separate levels, each with its own amenities. Although the house has the capability to host up to 11 people, we are only wanting groups of up to 6 but will consider all request for up to 8. There are several reasons for this including the current drought conditions which has severely impacted everyone's rain water tank supplies. Downstairs:
Enter the home via the ground floor, where you’ll find a second living/recreation area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. This level includes three bedrooms: One with a single up/down bunk bed (great for kids), One with a king bed and a single bed, One with a queen bed and private ensuite. There’s also a separate laundry with a second toilet for added convenience. Upstairs:
The upper level features the main living area with a comfortable lounge space and split system heating and cooling to ensure year-round comfort. Kitchen and dining area. There are two generous bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and built-in robes, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Please Note:
The upstairs and downstairs areas have separate access points. The upstairs section is accessed via an external staircase at the rear of the home, providing added privacy between levels. Whether you're after shared time or some quiet separation, this home offers the perfect layout for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
