The house is very centrally located, but still in the countryside. 8 minutes by train to Oslo. Walking distance to Driving Range and 9-hole golf course (Ballerud Golf). 10 min walk to public beach (Sarbuvollen). Bus 130 to Oslo stops just outside the house. 10 min drive to forest and fields. The car can be parked just outside the house and possibly charged via outdoor contact. The space The house was built in 2020 and has 2 floors. Living room/kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Guest access Parking in front of the house. Small terrace behind the house and some outdoor furniture.
