Lake cottage with dock & Jacuzzi

Unwind in this unique and beautiful property with a prime waterfront location. This is as close to "luxury glamping" as you can get, with nature and the water right outside. Enjoy the sunset at the jetty or take a ride with the rowboat, 2 kayaks or 1 SUP. You can use the jacuzzi anytime you want. The lakeside cottage is 25 m2. Newly constructed bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Charcoal grill if you want to barbecue, and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Kettle and tea/espresso machine available in room. A really good breakfast is included The space Start the day on the jetty with a cup of morning coffee and a dip in the lake. Or maybe a little massage in the hot tub. Breakfast is served in the morning on a tray with various types of bread, cheese & ham, marmalade, eggs, a small salad, yogurt, juice and tea/coffee. Brand-new bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a charcoal grill by the patio and a bag of charcoal if you want to grill. A fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, plates, glasses and cutlery are also available in the lakeside cottage. A rowboat, 2 kayaks and 1 SUP board are included if you want to go out on the water. 2 nice bicycles are included if you want to go on a bike ride in the beautiful nature or cycle to the local grocery store to shop. A short walk away, there is both a bathing jetty and a beach by the sea. It is about 500 meters to the Näset bus stop, where buses run every 10 minutes to Slussen. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Or take a 30-minute walk to the jetty at Ålstäket and take boat 84 directly to the Royal Palace and Strömkajen in Stockholm. There are also boat lines to Sandhamn, Grinda and Möja, among others, if you wish. Free car ferry to Vaxholm a short distance away by car and nice swimming spots in Grisslinge with trampolines and a sandy beach. Värmdö shopping center is about 7 minutes by car, and there you'll find everything from ICA, Willys, Jula, Systembolaget liquor store, etc. If you just want to quickly go and buy something, you can walk 10 minutes or bike 2 minutes to Coop in Hemmesta. There you will also find a sushi restaurant, a pizzeria and a fast food stand. Guest access The entire cottage and the terrace that goes around it and of course both the jetty, the lawn and the jacuzzi.
