Enjoy floating Ouachita River, boating in Lake Ouachita, and digging for crystals and more. Canoe rental and horseback riding, close by. River access and bike trails close by. Centrally located between Mount Ida and Mena AR. The space Small older type cottage, old porcelain tub, new appliances. heat and air and plenty of hot water. 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. 1 bath, fully stocked, lots of towels. Fully stocked kitchen, free washer and dryer. for guest use Nice big yard with fire pit and chairs. Outside small charcoal grill. Easy off-road parking. I added pictures of things that are very close to the cottage. Enjoy the water under the Oden bridge. There are walking trails or riding trails. Kayaking or Canoeing, horseback riding. All within minutes of the cottage. Guest access Use of whole cottage. Other things to note Oden is located approx. 15 minutes from Mount Ida. And approximately 24 minutes from Story Crystal mine and Wagners Crystal mine. The town of Mena is about 35 minutes away. From your cottage location you have river access 3 min away, canoe rental, horseback riding 3 minutes away. The Ouachita Lake access is about 20 minutes away.
