The space This cozy, functional home is ideal for families and groups. It features three bedrooms (king, queen, queen), each with ample closet storage. The luxury bathroom boasts a heated floor, and the open-concept living area is flooded with natural light through large windows, all equipped with blackout blinds. Portable AC is available for your comfort. The living area is perfect for entertainment, with bar seating in the kitchen and a six-person dining table. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on winter evenings. The dining area opens to a deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. There’s plenty of space to relax, with a spacious dining and lounge area, BBQ, hot tub, and wood-fired sauna with cold plunge tanks. ** Generally there is a fire ban in place with the local Municipality June-early September so the wood fired sauna cannot be used during that time ** A propane fire pit can be used year-round. Parking is convenient with a shared driveway accommodating three vehicles, plus free street parking. Secure storage is available and a large entry/mudroom provides additional storage. The home is professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access Access to the home is keyless so check in is on your own schedule. If we are around we will welcome you personally. You have access to the entire house to yourself. Please note there are tenants in the suite adjacent the left side of the house but there is decent separation between the units. Check in after 4pm and Check out at 11am. Other things to note This is a place to relax, please no events or parties. The hot tub is available all year round but is only permitted between the hours of 8am-10pm. The hot tub is not in a gated area, so those with young children are not permitted to leave them unattended in the garden.
