The space The space is subdivided into a bedroom and a daily dining room. The room has a queen size bed with storage drawers, a closet and a modern library (with literature in Spanish and English to enjoy). The dining room has a large table with four chairs, which can also be used as a desk, and a smart TV with Netflix. In the kitchen there is a gas oven, with two burners, and cooking utensils, as well as a microwave to heat cooked food. It also has a large refrigerator with a freezer. Guest access The person in charge of check-in on the day of your arrival is Mr. Jesús Landazábal, who is in charge of the building and is extremely trustworthy. Once the reservation is made, we ask you to send Mr. Jesús a message as soon as possible, so that the contact is already established and the check-in can be coordinated in a timely manner. We remind you that check-in hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times, with a logical tolerance margin of 1 hour (before and after). If you need more flexibility, you should first ask via chat if it is feasible. If feasible, an extra $1 will be charged for each hour added. This applies to early check-in and late check-out. We inform you that Mr. Jesús makes transfers to and from airports, and also all kinds of transfers in general, privately and generally cheaper than other means. The house rules are: No noise after 11:00 PM. Parties are not allowed. No guests allowed. No smoking permitted. No children under 12 allowed. Pets are not allowed. The apartment may not be used for any purpose other than tourist accommodation. Turn off the heating, air conditioning and TV if you are not using them. Air out regularly.
