The space This house is a split unit, and we offer the option to rent the upstairs (casa Felice)downstairs,( Bella casa) or both levels( casa della Nonna)If you choose to rent only one part of the house (upstairs or downstairs), there may be another guest renting the other section. The only areas that would be shared in that case are a portion of the backyard for access to the downstairs unit and the driveway.
