The sea is about 7 kilometers away to the sandy beach of Lido le Morgen, which you can reach by car or by bus from the center of the village (around 8.30 am, 1.10 pm, 2.30 pm, 5.30 pm, returns 12.30 pm, 1.30 pm, 3.00 pm, 6.05 pm). From the beach you can rent chairs and parasols and buy lunches and snacks. The Maiella Mountains are nearby. The space The bedrooms in the apartment have beds, bedding and pillows. On the top floor (3rd floor) there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has adjustable air conditioning. The top floor also has a rooftop terrace of about 20 m2, where you will find a dining set for 6 people and a sun lounger. The terrace also has a shower. The middle floor (2nd floor) has two bedrooms. The other has a double bed and large cabinets as well as adjustable air conditioning, the smaller one has one bed and a chest of drawers as well as a fan. This floor has a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub and shower. The ground floor, which is accessed from Via Colli III through the kitchen, has a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with: gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and cutlery. All rooms have openable venetian blinds. The bedrooms also have mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioning is available in the large bedrooms on the third and second floors, in addition to fans. Guest access The house has all three residential floors and all rooms except the storage room. Other things to note There are several parking spaces in the village. If you wish, you can unload the car in front of the house. The nearest free parking space is on Via Casette. There are also two large, free parking spaces in the village. The other one is found when you turn left from Via Roma just after the Crai market before the big apartment building. The other is next to the tennis and football courts. The easiest way to get there is to follow the signs for Ristorante Borgo Antico from Via Roma towards Via Montesecco (next to the big tree) and drive down the hill following the signs for Borgo Antico. The water comes to the apartment from the Maiella mountains. It's clean, fresh and drinkable. Water quality is tested weekly because pasta factories in the area use the same water. However, the pipes are old. Up to 75% of the water is lost due to pipe breaks. That's why the pipeline is repaired at night. The apartment has been equipped with a 500-liter autoclave spare water tank, which guarantees water supply around the clock! So you can enjoy your vacation!
