Relax and unwind in this peaceful and private annexe located in the heart of West Hunsbury. You'll have all the amenities you could need for a short or a longer stay. The property is located close to the centre of Northamptonshire and 10 minutes to the M1 to reach the nearby attractions such as Silverstone, Milton Keynes, Althorpe House and a brief drive to Birmingham and Luton airport. This property is to be used for holiday purposes only, not for business or catering purposes. The space This annexe is attached to the host's main accommodation, so it is not a standalone property. However, you will have full privacy inside the property during your stay with your own enclosed patio to the rear. You will have access to a large shared private driveway used only by the host covered by security cameras. You will have all the amenities needed to make your stay feel comfortable and homely. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pans and utensils. There is a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk to help you relax before planning your getaway. Within the kitchen is a dishwasher and washing machine, complementary tablets will be provided. There is a clothes line located in the garden and access to a tumble dryer may be permitted on request. The lounge is equipped with two sofas and a large flat screen smart TV with the most popular apps installed. In the bedroom there is a King sized bed with TV and a large wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Towels and hairdryer are provided. There is a separate hallway in the property which has adequate hooks for coats and jackets. No parties or group events are to be held at this property and although the kitchen is well equipped it is ONLY suitable for cooking for PERSONAL consumption, it is not suitable or allowed for outside events cooking. Guest access Please park your car on the driveway, whilst allowing the host full access to the garage. The Air BnB is accessed by a side entrance next to the garage. Other things to note I will only be willing to accept guests with previous reviews. The property is only suitable for 2 guests & parking is restricted to one vehicle per 2 occupancy. With that car parked in signed designated area.
