A 2 storey townhouse with a private garden in the heart of Swansea Marina, modernised to maximise space and comfort. This home is located just a stone's throw from the beach, Swansea Arena and the city centre. Enjoy the abundance of restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainment right on your door step. A car is not necessary at this location as everything you need is within short walking distance. This property is ideal for families or small groups looking for both a city and beach location. The space This property was newly renovated in 2024 and was designed to have a minimalistic yet light and modern feel. There is an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with large bi-fold doors leading out to a quiet south-facing private garden, perfect for relaxing, al-fresco dining or simply enjoying the sunshine. The lounge contains two sofas and a large smart tv. This room is spacious and benefits from loads of natural light. Between the lounge and kitchen is the dining table making it a perfect social space with an open flowing room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a drying rack for hanging your laundry in the garden on those sunny days. There is gas central heating which is controlled by a Hive digital thermostat. Although there's little need for the heating since the house is well insulated and retains its warmth really well during the cold winter months. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and one main bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Two of the bedrooms have smart tvs, the third bedroom is smaller and contains a desk, which could be used as a bedroom and/or remote working space. The WiFi has a fast speed fibre optic connection, perfect for all your needs and for those working remotely. Fresh bedding and towels are provided along with toiletries including; hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. Kitchen essentials are also provided including dish soap and sponge, as well as tea and coffee sachets. This is a quiet residential area, we have neighbours and would like to remain respectful towards them. For this reason we cannot host parties in this property and we ask guests to please be mindful of their noise levels. Fortunately this house is in the perfect location for going out and enjoying quality social time. Other things to note Parking: There's a carpark next to the property which charges reasonable rates. £5 per 24hrs Sundays £2 all day For stays longer than 1 month, there's an option of a monthly parking permit which works out cheaper. The cost is £85 per month and it can be obtained easily online through the council's website. Mid-stay cleans: For stays longer than 1 month a fortnightly change-over is required to ensure the property and linen are kept in good condition. This is an additional charge of £120 per change-over and includes a full general clean, fresh bed linen and towels. Cotbed: A cotbed and baby linen is available on request at an extra cost of £25. Strictly no parties or smoking on our property (including outside areas). An accurate number of guests attending needs to be provided so we can provide the appropriate amount of bedding necessary. Unfortunately Electric Vehicle Charging is not possible. We are unable to accommodate pets. This is a quiet, residential area and we have neighbours, we ask all guests to kindly respect them by keeping noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 9pm :) Thank you in advance!
