If you want quiet & peaceful down a private road with country side views to the rear. Its a short walk to the beach at St Marys Bay & about a mile from Dymchurch. Also at the end of the garden there is a large drainage river with the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch railway on the other side there is also a railway station just round the corner. Cinque ports town of New Romney is about 3 miles up the road & the Channel tunnel about 15 miles up the road in Folkestone. The space This is a lovely quite recently refurbished property. Large back garden with views over Romney Marsh. Also has a lovely double sided wood burner that can be viewed from the living room & dinning room. The kitchen has boiling hot water tap dishwasher fan assisted oven with a gas hob fridge freezer & microwave with lovely stone resin worktops. Dinning room has a large extendable dining table with 6 chairs with breakfast bar & stools. Bedroom 1 has ensuite shower room with wardrobe with drawers double bed with bedside tables.
