Comes w/3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a paddle boat, life jackets, and a canoe Guest access You will have free parking on the side of the lake house. Your access is from the lake house all the way to the water. The large lawn, the fireplace, all the Adirondack chairs, the dock, and the yellow float in the water.
