Dunnington village is within walking distance with great amenities, a pub, hairdressers, chemist, supermarket & bakery. Hagg Wood is beautiful to visit. The space As you walk into Cuthbert's Cottage there is an open plan kitchen/diner/living room with French doors looking onto the private garden. In the modern kitchen there is an integrated dishwasher, fridge and a Belfast sink. Along with a built-in oven and an electric ceramic hob. There is a dining table to enjoy and entertain. The cottage has two light and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has Link/Zip beds which can be either two singles or a King bed. The luxury bathroom has a large power shower. Guest access Cuthbert's Cottage is a newly renovated property with a lovely private garden overlooking the fields. Other things to note Please park one car directly outside Cuthbert's Cottage. There is an additional car parking space available along the fence, just near the property with an allocated Cuthbert's Cottage sign. We also have Sadler's Cottage (adjacent to Cuthbert’s) and Haygarth Farmhouse in the courtyard to book. No Pets allowed in Cuthbert's Cottage or Sadler's Cottage. Thank you.
