Our vacation home is a 200-year-old farmhouse (Umgebindehaus) on the edge of the village in an idyllic landscape and with a wide view of the forest and field. In the immediate vicinity of the Spremberg reservoir, the region also offers numerous interesting destinations and thus provides variety. Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. The space In our completely renovated wooden house you will find 4 rooms for a maximum of 8 people, lovingly and comfortably furnished in a country house style and modernly equipped. - Living/bedroom 1 (17 m²) double bed, sofa set, sideboard, satellite TV, - Bedroom 2 (12 m²) double sofa bed, linen closet. - Living/bedroom (20 m²) seating with double sofa bed, satellite TV, sideboard, closet (this room is a walk-through room to bedroom 3.) - Bedroom 3 (11 m²) with double bed In addition, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Linens and towels are included in the price. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is free of charge. A baby bed (up to 3-4 years) and a high chair are available if needed. Our place is not a party location. Guest access Depending on the booking, the entire house or half of the house can be used. Other things to note Dogs by request (€10 per pet and stay, payable on site). Cats and other animals are not possible. Due to the age and construction of the house, the ceiling height in the rooms is partly less than two meters (beams). There are no shops in our village. Supermarket, bakery and butcher are about 10 km away. The nearest restaurants are about 5 km away. Our house is a non-smoking house! Our house and the property are not a party location.
